When placing an order, it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correct. BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Full payment must be received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.
Delivery and Handling Charges
BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA delivers only within Australia. We use Australia Posts eParcel network for delivery of orders. All delivery and handling charges are payable by the purchaser and are additional to the listed price for each product on this website. We determine delivery charges based on weight. We have included with all our product descriptions the weight which is used to calculate your delivery charges. The weight listed is based on the net weight or, in the case of a light bulky item, the cubic weight as applied by Australia Post. If the weight listed is based on the cubic weight, this will be noted in the product information. All delivery charges payable will be displayed for you at checkout time, prior to you providing payment information.
Returns & Refund Policy
We do offer for exchange of our products if size does not fit or there is a known manufacturing fault or defect. Please note there is a 10% charge on restocking fee on all refunds.(Excluding shipping cost)
If your item arrives and is found to be faulty please contact us and we will offer free repair, a replacement of item, or refund, but this Does not apply to Change of mind of goods, or decided you don’t like the item after purchase, or found the item cheaper elsewhere. (see Exchanges)
Warranty on Items
Bikers Gear warranty on our apparel is valid for what is deemed a reasonable time for that particular item in question. Bikers Gear Australia has to assess the item and will decide the validity of the warranty on the item.
In regards to exchanges
Bikers Gear do accept exchanges due to the wrong size, color ordered etc, All exchanges are to be returned within 14 days of purchase in as new condition as received. A detailed note is to be enclosed with the returned item outlining what item you wish to have it replaced with or size, the color you wish to exchange. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs
How to return your product for exchange?
You must contact BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA prior to returning any products. We will evaluate your return request and record all the necessary product return information. All returns must include a written explanation and a copy of the purchase. NO returns are accepted freight collect or COD. Send all returns prepaid to Bikers Gear Australia, 3/1861 Ferntree Gully Road, Ferntree Gully VIC 3156. Damaged, lost or short shipments should be reported to our office immediately so that we can reship the merchandise and place a claim with the relevant postal service. Keep damaged goods and containers until notified otherwise. Send your item, in its original packaging or in a re-saleable condition, to the return address provided. Any freight costs incurred are at the customer's expense. If the buyer can also include a pre-paid Aust post satchel for the return exchange to be forwarded to the buyer, Bikers Gear Aust is not responsible for the return postage to the buyer. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be forwarded. If the item is to be replaced, the replacement product will only be forwarded after the faulty item has been received by BIKERS GEAR AUSTRALIA. There is no refund on delivery charges. The cost of any associated return delivery is at the customer's expense.
Bikers Gear Australia endeavours to manufacture its Kevlar® lined products, such as our protective jeans and protective hoodies, to the quality of attire expected in its class, no such clothing can guarantee the user protection against all injury. Bikers Gear Australia Will not be liable for (including, but not limited to) any injury, loss or damage whatsoever arising either directly, indirectly or consequential to the use of its products.
